After much discussion and debating, Matt and I have agreed that flowers are out of our budget. At $50 or more a bouquet, we'd be spending several hundred dollars that isn't necessary. On top of this, I want to preserve my bouquet and his boutonierre which is an added cost.
Therefore, we have decided to do the non-floral bouquets! (To be honest, I have been leaning towards these since they were suggested by fellow Knotties.) These will be a lot cheaper and won't need to be preserved, plus they fit in with our elegant theme and decor.

Bouquets
These are what the bouquets will look like basically. All of the pearls will be white but there will be different colored glass beads in each bouquet. (Each bridesmaid will have the beads in her color and I'll have clear, iridescent, and silver.) I will also be adding brooches to make them slightly bigger and because I love brooch bouquets. They will be in the same colors as the beads for each girls' bouquet.

Boutonnieres
Matt and his groomsmen will have boutonnieres made from the same pearls and beads as the bridesmaids' bouquets. They will be wrapped in the same ribbon (although I may buy some in a smaller size.) I found some really pretty black beads that I'll use for Matt's boutonniere.
Corsages
I had Maggie from Mark the Occassion Designs make our mothers' corsages from the scraps from my wedding dress. They came out beautifully and will look gorgeous against the dark purple and dark blue of their dresses.
Pomander
St. Dominic Chapel doesn't allow the flower girls to throw petals inside, which was fine with me since I didn't really want my flower girl carrying a basket of petals. Instead I want her to have a pomander; a ball of flowers. To make it match the bouquets, I added some of the pearls and beads in pink and white.
Tossing Bouquet
I found a pearl and crystal tossing bouquet online (here) and I decided to make my own to go with the other bouquets! It'll be better for tossing as it won't be as heavy!
